5 (http://) And Jehovah proceeded to go down to see the city and the tower that the sons of men had built. 6 (http://) After that Jehovah said: “Look! They are one people and there is one language for them all, and this is what they start to do. Why, now there is nothing that they may have in mind to do that will be unattainable for them.

----------------------------------------------------------------

A little thought on what could have been behind Jehovahs comment here.

Ive just read an article on the Illuminatis concept of the Hive Mind, a bit like the Borg in Star Trek maybe.

In, "The meaning of Masonry", W.L.Willhurst states "the human race having sustained a fall,,a moral declenation from its true path of life and evolution, which has servered it almost entirely from its creative source......splitting up from unity employing a single language into a diversity of conflicting races of differant speeches and degrees of moral advancement."

Sounds like hes critisising Jehovahs action at Babel to me.

Anyway, along with other illuminated ones such as H.G.Wells, concepts that bring about the "emergence of the divinity that is dormant within humanity", include phrases such as the Masonic collective soul, collective racial being, collective mind, and the racial mind.

A Google search of Hive Mind and sure enough I find this:- " <div align="left">The U.S. National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Commerce and their allies in Japan and Europe hope to bring about that ultimate goal, to promote and establish a global hive mind by the end of the 21st century. They posit that not only is that goal feasible but also that it is quite likely to be achieved during the course of this century.
The process they use is to converge efforts in the fields of nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology, human cognition and social sciences by giving them a common goal, the creation of electronic brain-to-brain and machine-to-brain interfaces, the creation of built-in brain- and body-enhancers.
The aim is to create artificial intelligences that will logically and eventually merge into one single super intelligence. The new intelligence, perhaps a hybrid of human and machine thought, will ostensibly be able to give immortality to humans. If thoughts and conscience can be transmitted electronically, they can also be stored electronically – theoretically indefinitely.
The new intelligence or hive mind will live in and by means of the Internet and be tightly and directly interconnected with manufacturing processes for the production of consumer goods and with processes that will monitor, control, improve and optimize its existence and functioning.
The government- or government-funded agencies collaborating on creating the hive mind as of now chose the abbreviation NBICS (Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno-Socio) to name their combined global efforts.</div>
<div align="left">Not only will the hive mind have been brought to life by the end of this century, it will offer the lure of immortality, enhanced body functions and vastly improved brain power for all those who join it, give them virtually instant communication with one another and make them potentially unimaginably powerful. That what makes us human and what comprises mankind, e. g.: individual personalities, will then no longer exist."</div>
<div align="left">Another example of Satans followers still trying to prove him right when he said " YOU are bound to be like God, KNOWING good and bad"</div>
<div align="left">I bet the Elite would hope to be in the position of the Borg Queen! </div>

I brought up the subject of Humanism on one of the other threads, that&#39;s what you just described very eloquently.

So back to Jehovah&#39;s statement, is he saying that they can achieve immortality scientifically? Because after all, that is what they have in mind.

It&#39;s the knowledge of good and bad part that they forgot about. We&#39;re basically looking at Androids here, programmed to wreak havoc on "lower" life forms that actually have opinions.

Might be a nice time to check out some camouflage gear.

I&#39;m still trying to figure out where the Trekkies come in....

<span style="font-family:Times New Roman">To the trained eye, this clearly represents how they feel about Christians, for they believe the Christian faith is a perversion of their exoteric religion, where Jesus Christ is really the metaphor for the worship of the SUN.

This concept of the "hive mind" that you bring up Nambo, takes advantage of a human trait that causes people to develop "phobias" which do not allow them to think independently. Satan&#39;s system has always been dominated by trends which prey on the human instinct to "go along with the crowd".

In modern times, the mass media in all its forms, which as we are well aware is tailored to the agenda of those doing the devil&#39;s work behind the scenes, even using subliminal mesages most of us cannot detect, works to brainwash everyone on earth to the point where their brain shuts down when it is introduced with thoughts that it cannot process.

How many of us think about the entire inhabited earth being led by these people and they don&#39;t see through it no matter how obvious the lies are, as in the events of 9/11. Watching the twin towers collapse looks exactly like a controlled demolition, with the added twist of the debris mushrooming into a dustcloud reminiscent of a nuclear explosion. Yet many people just block the laws of physics out of their mind because they cannot accept any reality beyond what is popular belief.

Dr Albert D. Pastore, Phd, had this to say:

"There are of course those who have fallen under the hypnotic spell of the TV talking-heads and &#39;experts&#39; whom they worship as authority figures. Unaccustomed to thinking for themselves, no amount of truth can sway them from their preconceived prejudices. They will even deny that which they see with their own eyes. They are victims of a psychological affliction known as &#39;the lemming effect&#39;.

Lemmings are small rodents who have been known to follow each other as they charge to their deaths into raging rivers or off of cliffs. Lemminghood is an innate psychological phenomenon, present in most mammals and observable in common people as well the most sophisticated and educated elites. Lemminghood is not an intellectual phenomenon - it is psychological. As such, no socio-economic class is immune to its strangulating effect. A grant-seeking university scientist can be a lemming just as much as a fashion obsessed teen-age girl. One blindly follows the latest trendy theory while the other blindly follows the latest trendy clothing style. What&#39;s the difference? Neither can resist the force of nature.

The power to fit in with one&#39;s social peers can be irresistible. To a human lemming, the logic behind an opinion doesn&#39;t count as much as the power and popularity behind an opinion. Man, like lemming, behaves collectively. And it could be no other way. Naturally, the individual must be equipped with this trait. Otherwise, the smallest steps toward civilisation could never have been made. Lemminghood is a survival trait, an inborn instinct in the majority of people. However, as with all natural phenomena, this tendency can be manipulated and used for harmful purposes. It is this lemming effect which enables entire segments of a society to lose their sense of judgment all at the same time. For lemmings, denial is a basic psychological defense mechanism used to not only shield themselves from unpleasant realities, but also to reassure themselves that they will still fit within the acceptable range of opinion held by their peer group. Lemmings are absolutely terrified at the thought of being labeled as an &#39;extremist&#39; or a &#39;conspiracy theorist.&#39; At all costs, their beliefs must always be on the &#39;right&#39; side of the issue and conform within the boundaries of their lemming peers. Lemmings simply cannot bear the burden of responsibility, or the discomfort, which comes with thinking independently. They&#39;ll resist any efforts to change their misguided beliefs with all their mental energy. We can try to open their closed minds and free them from their self-imposed blindness, but it’s not easy fighting the force of human nature. The chains of ideological conformity have too strong of a grip, and breaking them is a difficult task. With the limited resources at our disposal, it is next to impossible to compete with the media lemming-masters. Nevertheless, some of us must make the meager attempt, and thus lay the foundation upon which the truth might one day rise again.

There are those among us who do have the courage and intellectual capacity to break free of the shackles of lemminghood and accept the truth when it is presented in a clear and logical sequence."

Lemmings are small rodents who have been known to follow each other as they charge to their deaths into raging rivers or off of cliffs.[/b]
That myth stems from the movie White Wilderness, where a bunch of lemmings were driven off a cliff by the film-makers, to give the illusion of lemmings being blind followers. Unfortunately, this myth has persisted up until this very day, no doubt contributed to by the computer game Lemmings. A better example would perhaps have been the wildebeests, or better yet, a colony of ants, who operate with one purpose in mind, while having no actual brains.

Hi Berean

The author stated "have been known to", so this just tells me that it is not based on an actual species behavior, but a behavioral theory which would explain why so many people cannot open their minds to the truth, when it seems to them to be out of the boundary of common thinking. I believe the author was trying to liken this phenomenon to how the "elite" go to any lengths to eliminate "independent thinking".

The Lemming effect is still the lemming effect Berean, eeven if it is based on an urban legend.

You are quite right Lou, and I had often mused on how exactly you have to fit in with everybody else to be successfull in life, you have to be what is known as Mondeo Man, that is an ordinary average Ford family car, have anything slightly differant or dont wear the exact same clothes as everybody else and you are viewed as being flawed.

As I no longer go to meetings, Sisters are not an option for me, but due to the fact that I ride old English Motorbikes rather than a Japanese bike, because I dont belive in the Governments version of 911, I have been informed by colleagues that female members of staff are not interested in me because of my "odd" views.
And so, at least Iam a Eunouch for the sake of "Truth" having to live my whole life on my own with no companionship, this is a powerfull incentive for man to confirm to the hive as you say!
