I was very interested to see this US case reported today which indicates that the role of a judicial committee differs from what might be termed the pastoral role of elders. The court has ruled that information obtained as part of a judicial committee hearing is not confidential and should be revealed as part of a criminal case. This would not be the case if an elder was approached voluntarily and in the context of the confessional (using RC terminology).
The judicial committee the judge said was acting as a third party investigator and this makes the difference. Of course the WTS must fight this ruling, it will be interesting to see what happens....

GREETING ELI's FOE
I hope that the courts uphold this ruling all the way up to the Supreme Court and that this results in the final destruction of these wicked secret tribunals, which were established by JF Rutherford after
he was successfully sued for slander by one of the Societies lawyers, who dared to complain about the JUDGE'S personal misconduct.
I would hope that the brothers and sisters who have been disfellowshipped would sue the Society in the for spirit of the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, for access to personal information about them kept on file by the Watchtower Society.

I saw this the other day and showed my wife who was more than pleased with the idea. I'm thinking there is a lot of simmering frustration in congregation regarding things of this magnitude... though I still doubt that names and reasons will be said from the stage.... i honestly can't believe this still goes on - i'd think the elders would learn their lesson... or is this an ongoing issue from a few years ago?
oh well... the more I think about it, the more i want to see the WTS fall. not sure if thats a good thing or not... wanting something to fail... but its something that has to happen i guess...

UN FINALLY FORCED TO PROBE ITS PEDOPHILIA SCANDAL
Tuesday may 7th 2002
</span>I read this report this morning and found it very disturbing.
It stated the following....
Geneva, Switzerland..The United Nations, has not recieved 1 percent of the media attention given to the catholic church's homosexual priest scandal.
Finally some attention is being paid, now the United Nations cover is blown. As world leaders converge on New York for the controversial conference on children this week, UN investigations and relief agencies, say they are finally trying to stop recurrence of sexual abuse against West African refugee children, by UN peace keepers and aid workers.
The scale of allegations sent shock waves through the international community and led to calls from UN secretary general Kofi Annan, to carry out urgent investigations in Sierr Leone, Liberia, and Guinea.
Agency workers from the international and local NGO's as well as UN agencies were ranked among the worst sex exploiters of children, often using the VERY HUMANITARIAN AID and services intended to benefit the refugee population as a TOOL OF EXPLOITION.
Other UN missions to be investigated who are involved in sexual exploitation is..British Kenya, Ghana, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Zambia.
Also involved...
The international Federation of the Red Cross.
Lutheran World Services.
Council of Churches.
Medical Relief International (merlin)
These are just some of the agencies and NGO's involved..
SICKENING DOUBLE STANDARDS
Senior UN officials knew of the widespread pedophilia, not only did they not take action against the perpetrators, they covered up the atrocities.
I have read other stories from Tim Butcher an African Correspondent..who claims that Peter Takirambudde, head of human rights watch division says "Rape is devestating their counrty"
A seventy five page report explains the account of children being forced to rape their grandmothers, fathers made to watch their daughters being raped and other serious assaults being carried out bythe ECOMOG and the UN peace keeping mission. Women were being kidnapped from their homes and being used as sex slaves as well as domestic maids.
This is the statement from the UNAMSIL.
"The UNAMSIL successfully completed its mandate in December 2005, it was succeeded by a new mission the United Office For Sierra Leone"
(UNIOSIL) established by the Security Council, to help consolidate peace in the country.
I had tears in my eyes while reading and writing this..
Bob Marley's song "no woman no cry" really hit home..
I hope this gives brothers and sisters a deeper realisation of the evil the UN carries out in the name of Peace..
Jah Bless
Elizabeth.

What is wrong with these people? Abusing children... Of course there are terrible weapons and lots of other violence, against women for example, but when it's children it sickens me the most. I can't.... imagine what's gotten into these people. Hopefully I'll never get in contact with a child abuser, I would probably do something I'll regret. Ah, the world is just... crazy. I know, I know, this is how it's supposed to be, but sometimes it's so tiring, you know?
Sorry for the rant.

I posted this Child abuse report, as i wanted people to become aware of the deviousness of the UN agenda. We know they dont help out unless theres something in it for them..and whats more sad, is that the watchtower was a member around the time of these crimes being commited.
I pray every day for thy kingdom come, so that these poor unfortunate people no longer have to be subjected to this wickedness by the UN, NGO'S and the like.
Jehovah's Blessings.
