Well, overall this was a very good study. The counsel and scriptural support seems to be an example of the "wheat" in the Writing Committee coming to the fore.

The only unfortunate portion was after the example of the brother in paragraph 18. Truth be told, this brother may have made a wise choice in entering the full-time service. Especially if this decision was made after heartfelt prayer and petitioning Jehovah&#39;s mind on the matter. But then, the article goes a bit awry. "Worldwide, thousands of young people have made similar wise choices." Again, this may have been a truly wise choice...for THIS brother, under HIS particular circumstances, and with JEHOVAH&#39;S direction. But, the Society tries to make the INDIVIDUAL decision into an example, rather than letting the brother&#39;s reliance on Jehovah to direct his steps be the example to follow. Rather, relying on Jehovah, and making wise decisions, whether in regards to education or anything else, is not a formula. Faith in Jehovah God is a lifestyle, not something to resort to only in the event of a big decision.

Aside from that slight bump in the road however, the commentary was quite good.
