Not visible? What browser are you using and do you have broadband? I know it is a bit slow to load for some reason but it should eventually load, unless you are on dialup, which might be a problem.

Okay, what I am getting from you, though, is that you are viewing the old blog. The new blog is completely redesigned. Even the old blog entries look completely different. So, what is happening on your end is that your computer is showing a "cached" display of a previously stored image of the blog. If you go into IE options and get rid of the cache or force a reload your browser will be forced to go "browse" the site afresh and display the new layout.

Accessing the Blog from this site directly from the Affiliated Sites Box works just fine. However, trying to access e-watchman.co.uk/ in Firefox and in Internet Explorer I get error messages. Firefox returns a "can't find server" message, while IE returns a "can't display webpage" message.

Hope this helps.

Enjoyed your podcast very much. Your comments to the one to be baptized was very encouraging.

If this scripture is used to show that all that become disciples must also go and make disciples, then I think it is fair to say that any one presently baptized following this commandment is in a position to baptize.

If it's said that only certain ones are authorized to baptize, then the disciple making work only applies to ones that can baptize and not all must go out and preach.

Quote from truthseeker
I wonder after Armageddon and Jesus kingdom has no rivals, will baptism be required of his earthly subjects? I would think that just being alive would indicate Jesus was approving of your chance to eternal life!
.................................................. ...............................
Hi
I think thats about it if we make it that far, then we certainly did meet approval , My thoughts are , that's when we come under the New Covenant , Which goes into effect with the Kingdom Covenant.
There won't be need to be a baptised then.

Scriptural baptisms main purpose was for the disciples of Christ who were going to be co -rulers with him , this showed a public declaration that they were getting baptized into Christ's death.

The nation of Isreal under the Old Covenant didn't have to get baptized .They were born into that Mosaic Law Covenant just as Jesus was .

They belonged to Jehovah ,He was their husbandly owner just as we under the New Covenant will be children of Christ , it will be through him that we will gain everlasting life.
WE really wont be in need of baptism, as we have Christ shed blood , that bought back what Adam lost for us. Which was life everlasting.

That's why during that 1,000 year reign of Christ and his co-rulers of priests all under the Kingdom Covenant will have to recognize Jesus as our Eternale Father,( he bought us with his blood ) other titles are : Wonderful Counselor, Mighty god and Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9: 6-7 This will include the resurrected ones.

We will not reach the stage of being sons of Jehovah until we are written in the book of life, by then we will have reached the point where Adam was when he was created , It is then that we like Adam once was, when he was created become Jehovah's human sons / daughters

Some very good reading of Christ and the 144,000 is found in
1Cor 15 :1-28
Speaking only as I see scripure , so these are my personal thoughts .

Hello Watchman,
I really enjoyed your latest podcast, Feb. 11, 2009. Your answers to the questions were very good, as always. You are the reason that I started from a lost position and came back into the light of Jehovah’s word. I had forgotten that it is Jehovah that we must serve, not the organization. Just as the ancient Israelites belonged to the nation of Israel, it was Jehovah that they were to give exclusive devotion.

I know that many have asked if you are a prophet. I also know that you have denied the claim. But, I see you in a similar position of the ancient prophets. You are cast outside the organization that Jehovah had created. But, just like the prophets, you are being used for the enlightenment of those searching for Jehovah. Now you have a message that they must hear and you are doing this with your podcasts and other means.

Or course, you call yourself a watchman. Yes, you truly are a watchman. Many people out there seem to miss the point about how Jehovah uses people to get his work accomplished. The nation of Israel were his people for quite a long time. The leaders of Israel became influenced by human desires, weaknesses, and the surrounding nations culture. For those errors, Jehovah caused Israel to be taken captive. He eventually caused it to be destroyed.

I find that we are in a similar situation today. Just because the Watchtower Society are making mistakes doesn’t mean that he is not using them to get his work accomplished. They, like Israel, have become hard hearted and obstinate and they will pay the price. In ancient Israel, Jehovah never encouraged his people to turn to other religions. He always encouraged them to turn to him. (2 Ch 6:24-25) (Isa 31:6) (Isa 44:22) (Je 4:1) I see Christendom as being similar to the Samaritans. (Jn 4:22-24)

Keep up the good work you are doing. May Jehovah bless you for helping those who have been stumbled.

I really enjoyed the podcast too, especially your response in regard to whether or not you support the WTB&TS. You set a good example to follow.

In regard to baptism, I wonder if there will be a baptizing work going on that is conducted by the two witnesses mentioned at Revelation 11:3. If the WT baptism correlates to the baptism of John, maybe we'll all have to get baptized again. (Acts 18:25; 19:1-7)
