Hello everyone,
We set up a new website on a different domain to host the videos. So, far there are only the two videos already posted on You Tube, (minus the Gregorian video) but I am working on another video this week. There is a 30-second introductory video that launches as soon as you come on the site, (turn your volume down :icon_neutral: ) but you will need the latest version of Flash Player. We are still working out the bugs so please let us know if you experience any technical problems. The URL is http://e-watchman.tv
I might add that the videos display better on the new site and they are slightly edited versions from the ones on YouTube
Another thing, at the bottom of the page is an option to view it on low bandwidth. It is a smaller screen and inferior quality because the file is smaller but I would be interested to know from anyone on dial up if that feature allows them to view the videos.

Hi Watchman,
Works for me... That's awesome having a web site for videos. I assume it's going to be available to all. Are you going to allow for comments/feedback?
Looking forward to seeing more.

This is just a quick note to let the board know that the e-watchman.tv site is temporarily offline. We are making some changes to the site. It seems we didn't really know what we were doing when we started the video project, but we are learning the old fashioned method of trial and error -- heavy emphasis on error. So, we are constructing a new site that will be more search engine friendly and we enlarged the viewing screen as well, which meant that I had to go back and re-render the videos to a larger resolution.
I have had a number of personal distractions in recent months with family matters but I am getting back refocused on making videos. I have one in the works that delves into prophecy. Also, towards the end of the summer we might be able to offer a DVD with all the videos on it.
That's about it

e-Watchman.tv is now back online and is available in both dial-up and broadband versions. When you first arrive at the site, it is the broadband version, but there is a link for dial-up users (and vice-versa, once you are on the dial-up version of the site).
There will be a significant difference in video and sound quality between the broadband and the dial-up versions, as well as viewing size. However, our goal is to be able to accommodate the viewers' needs as best as can be done.
For those interested in the technical aspects:
the dialup versions are 320px by 240px, optimized for 38kbps, mono sound (dial-up internet)
the broadband versions are 480px by 360px, optimized for 225kbps (or higher), stereo sound (DSL/cable internet)
We are currently evaluating the possibility of releasing these in DVD format, for home viewing, and would be interested in your feedback for such a project. If you have thoughts and/or suggestions, we'd like to hear them.
Also: If you experience any problems with the video site, do not contact e-watchman (he will just forward your email to me). Send an email to webmaster@e-watchman.com and provide as much detail as you can, including your web browser version, operating system, which video (or videos) are problematic, and describe the problem that you are experiencing. We will try to reproduce the problem and work to resolve it, if possible.

The High Quality (HQ) versions of the videos are now online. These are, as the name suggests, definitively higher quality than the standard broadband versions we brought back online yesterday, and for that reason, are recommended only if your current DSL/cable broadband internet is 1mbps or higher. Those with 768kbps service may still be able to view these, with some delays/pauses.
