We are walking by faith, not by sight.—2 Cor. 5:7.
Walking by faith requires implicit trust in God’s ability to direct our lives. We must be fully convinced that he really knows what is in our best interests. (Ps. 119:66) As we make decisions in life and act on them, we take into account “realities we do not see.” (Heb. 11:1, New English Bible) These include the promised “new heavens and a new earth.” (2 Pet. 3:13) Walking by sight, on the other hand, means that we pursue a life course governed solely by what we perceive with our physical senses. This is dangerous because it can lead to our ignoring God’s will altogether. (Ps. 81:12; Eccl. 11:9) However, walking by faith will protect us from falling victim to “the temporary enjoyment of sin,” from the snare of materialism, and from losing sight of the end of this system of things.—Heb. 11:25. w 9/15/05 1-3

Thanks Barry
This scripture reminds me of the one found in Romans chapter 1, where it says:
<div align="left">18 For God's wrath is being revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who are</div>
<div align="left"> suppressing the truth in an unrighteous way, 19 because what may be known about God is manifest among them,</div>
<div align="left"> for God made it manifest to them. 20 For his invisible [qualities] are clearly seen from the world's creation onward, </div>
<div align="left">because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable; </div>
<div align="left">21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God nor did they thank him, but they became </div>
<div align="left">empty-headed in their reasonings and their unintelligent heart became darkened. 22 Although asserting they were </div>
<div align="left">wise, they became foolish 23 and turned the glory of the incorruptible God into something like the image of </div>
<div align="left">corruptible man and of birds and four-footed creatures and creeping things.</div>
24 Therefore God, in keeping with the desires of their hearts, gave them up to uncleanness, that their bodies might
be dishonored among them, 25 even those who exchanged the truth of God for the lie and venerated and rendered
sacred service to the creation rather than the One who created, who is blessed forever. Amen.
This seems typical of what happened to ancient Israel time and time again, and Jehovah's organization today, where to a great degree, idolatry has replaced pure worship. What Jehovah looks for from us is so simple, and yet it seems to get over-complicated so easily, by the leadership of imperfect men.
Let's continually strive here to keep it simple, and set a good example for those who will hopefully come in here "lurking".

Thank goodness the storm has passed, it was really fast moving but wicked. So totally unexpected.

I also thought about how humans can complicate God's word when they go beyond the things written, or add to God's word things that bring unnecessry hardshjps on Jehovah's people. This is very said indeed.
Our relationship with Jehovah is the most precious and important relationship in our lives. Placing our complete trust in his direction will ensure our success.
May we always LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF JEHOVAH AND MAKE SURE OF ALL THINGS.
This will be critical in the days ahead.
HOLD ON AND READ THE BIBLE DAILY.
Love to all
