Luk 17:26 Moreover, just as it occurred in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of man:

Luk 17:27 they were eating, they were drinking, men were marrying, women were being given in marriage, until that day when Noah entered into the ark, and the flood arrived and destroyed them all.

I think this will give you the answers. Watchman covers the subject very well. As for the angels who bore the nephilim, read 2 Pet 2:4. They have been confined to what can be considered a black hole. This will not occur again. If this were to be the case, it would have been mentioned by Jesus as a warning and part of the sign of the end times.

When Jesus compared that time to the days of Noah, it was the fact that people were living there lives as they always had, taking no notice that it was about to end. Noah was building the Ark and preaching about the end of that system. (2 Pet 2:5)

Satan and his demons are controlling this system of things today. As a matter of fact, he has been in control since Adam sinned and was thrown out of the Garden of Eden.(Lk 4:6) Jehovah has allowed this. (Rom. 13:1-7)
