Sounds like Alex Jones fear mongering :) LOL I just clicked on the link and what do you know? I don't mind some of the news he posts from other sources but he's too messed up to take seriously. So anyone listening to the nut please take caution as to what is a reality and what is Alex Jones.

The link i was talking about isnt Alex Jones, it a different radio programme and there is also another link which i cant get where this congress member is actually talking about this actual event. I know Alex Jones gets hyped up, but a lot of what he has said years ago is happening now. He doesnt say much more than what we really already know, what can be worse than the great tribulation. Its just good to prepare yourself, as Jehovah said when you see these signs hold your head erect as your deliverance is near. :Yahoo_51:

I am not surprised to see #8. I said back in Feb on the "Obama warning" thread quote:
The way I see it, if everything is depending on the eight king coming to power with his 3 ½ year period to rule, and we believe that to be the UN when they bring about the NWO, then we do have some years ahead of us. I don't know if it is 10 or more but at least a few. Why because before they are setup in position to take on that role they are continuing to lay the groundwork. Part of that entails the North American Union, which as we know is not in place yet, but there are plans to do so. I think right now what will happen with the total collapes of the $ is the amero will replace it, but it will still be sometime before the NWO comes in the picture. But after they get the whole globe divided into 10 regions then the 10 will give the authority to the UN. Revelation 17:13

Shikinah, I'm sorry when I clicked on the linked I seen bunch of Alex Jones videos on the left hand side and warning bells went off and I didn't even give the link a hearing ear. I find Jones a nut who may repeat useful information that were made by others but when he goes and adds his own thoughts he relates to many extreme views which are supported by many uneducated public and many of his followers. When it comes to conspiracy theories I rather hear Mike Ruppert's opinion than Alex Jone's personal view. My personal views about the current crisis have and are affected by financial editorials that deal with gold and silver and I've follow that logic for the last 6 years and I've set my life around that more than any other conspiracy logic. That's also why I believe that we are entering a great depression(hyper inflationary rather than deflationary as in the 1930s), most likely on the global scale where US will be the hardest hit. With major shift in power and with great transfer of wealth, general public get affected the most and this creates great unrest, shifts in power, and war which also follows by desease. Which the 8 points may apply to certain trends of the past and to some extend I believe will occur in the future. Said that, at present I don't belive that this will be biblical great tribulation even though it will feel like it for many many people in the world but I rather believe that this may very well be a wake up call similar in nature to 66CE and personally I'm guessing the future events will bring in a great 1914/1975 end of the world prediction by WTS only to fall short as they've done in the past. This may lead to the final way out for those Christians who are awake within the GB's control game. This is just my view on today's global situation.

I wouldn`t worry to much about the watchtower making future date predictions. I think now they are too P.R. concious now.

Hello again,
I agree he does repeat what he has heard from others making out its new revelations lol, but i find him quite entertaining and crazy at times, maybe because he reminds me of me.
I have listened and read about the hyper inflation, gold and silver prices etc that really does give you an idea of whats really happening. Unlike you though, i do believe this is the start of the great tribulation i have personally felt a shift since the Iraq war, why i cant explain. But i have been feeling the pangs of distress which a pregnant woman feels, and its a very eary feeling, and the pushing and speed at which things are changing has got people religious and non religious speaking about the end of the world. I was listening to a young woman Svali who was raised in one of these illuminati famalies, she was explaining that those at the top are awaiting their prince, they are hurrying and getting things in place for his return. All the films which are being released at the moment are based on conspiracy of the vatican, horror, evil, ghosts etc.The difference with this collapse compared to ones of the past is that it is linked to external forces, the average school kid knows about the corruptness of the government and the internet have given them access to research and become aware of the evil influence behind this set up. These arnt Jehovahs Witnesses but your average teenager.
The demons are seriously hard at work, what is revealed is deliberate, people are searching for answers, and he has made many available so as to lure the innocent into the occult, but hopefully the righthearted will be able to find the truth through Jehovah.

I agree. Though I have to think some fairly major sort of revision has to be in the works for the next decade or so. The timeline gets more and more unbelievable with each passing year. Either the great tribulation hits or the WT releases some "new light" on the timeline soon.
Either way, look for decreases, at least in the western world, where the org is barely maintaining its numbers already.

Hi MDC, it is interesting how from the platform they keep telling us about the
phenomenal growth. :icon_rolleyes: Just yesterday CO in concluding talk ran off numbers that they have been repeating for the last several years. 800 baptized a day and all that kind of stuff. Congregations bust n out all over, etc. etc.
It will be interesting to see how they do address the timeline/"new light".

Growth is international. They're still pouring in pretty well in many areas. In the western world, not so much. The growth in the U.S. seems to be mostly from the foreign-language/immigrant field, that just manages to offset the defections from English congregations enough to maintain that 1%+/- growth rate. The vast majority of new congregations are in foreign languages here in the U.S. In English you see congregations that split 20 years ago considering merging today.

In the event of a complete economic collapse you would expect the government to have some contingency plans in place. Believe me, most people would probably welcome martial law to the alternative of anarchy and revolution. Neither is it surprising that a secret congressional meeting took place last year. Apparently in the wake of the Lehmans collapse the global financial system came within a few days of a complete meltdown. So, yeah, I would think folks in high places are having lots of secret meetings.

Absolutely FM that is why I just sat there and inside myself just said mmmmmmmm
why is it that when other religions grow it means nothing (according to the talks coming from the plastform) But when numbers increase with JW's it is said that it is due to Jehovah's backing the org. Just my little sarcastic thoughts I had when that info was given.
Also I notice when the CO talked he kept saying, thanks to the Org. Jehovah and then he may add Jesus, maybe not. But he did not say FDS he always said the ORG first, then Jehovah and then Jesus. Frightening to me very frightening.
Perhaps Thursday, I will transcribe these recordings and put anything of interest on board. By the way nothing new was said or brought out. The talks mainly were the same things over and over regarding the ministry (preaching work is important I know that), but there was absolutely not one piece of new food.
During the WT nothing changed, kids and elders mostly answered. The only thing
different I saw is that the b/s from cong we shared took up lots of seats, and of course everyone was SINGING VERY LOUD. AND I MEAN LOUD. That is never done unless the CO comes. I'm not being nasty or sarcastic just being honest.
OK don't want to re-direct this interesting thread.

Yeah, Elizabeth I know. In my opinion is that JW's need to mind their business when it comes to giving talks and printing articles exposing all of Christendom's faults. )
In my opinion, this is also a contributing factor that helped develop the arrogant attitude that some of us had/have regarding nothing can happen to us because Jehovah loves us so much and it is running rampant through the org. to this day. (Just my personal thoughts and opinions)
There is a scripture, and I cannot remember where it is. I think it might be in one of the small books (minor prophets, not sure) It talks about this smug attitude that Jehovah doesn't see what we are doing. Good or bad, or that he isn't gonna do anything about it.
Even in my early years in the org., I never liked this beating up of Christendom. Especially the articles that we had to place. It reminded me of back in the early, early, early days of the WT when they would go to the churches and stuff. Seemed to me that they were deliberately stirring up stuff to draw unnecessary attention to themselves to cause themselves persecution. Again, just my opinion.
Anyways just some of my thoughts.

Hi sister,
I totally agree with you, what they fail to remember is back in the dark ages many so called of "christendom" were burnt at the stake for their beliefs, reading the bible or translating it. If these brave individuals never took their stand where would the organisation be today? These mayrters blood is also under the alter and Jesus wont forget them. Yes the pompus attitude is sickning, humility is becoming rare amongst the people of Jehovah, i even spoke to a ministerial servant yesterday who had a bit of a miss understanding with a worldly person and he said he hopes they die in the bush fire in their own home country they had moved to..i was horrified and couldnt believe my ears, i have also heard racist remarks too. Jehovah is not blind he see's exactly whats going on, and all will be revealed in its due time.
Jah Bless
Elizabeth
