Atheists are in an uproar over a proposed ban on, you read it right, defaming religion.

I thought it was supposed to be the otehr way around. hmmm

It seems to me that before the "beast" is actually born, the infrastructure of the UN that's already in place is going to do all it can to appear to promote world peace and to be the answer to all mankind's problems, bringing people of all religions together in unity. The next step will be at first suggesting, and then eventually enforcing, their uniform prayer and ideologies. Behind the facade, this beast is not friendly to Atheists as well as Christians, Muslims, or Jews. It definitely believes in a god, it just so happens it's name will probably be Lucifer.

As Watchman pointed out, the beast that puts up the image at first appears as a lamb.

The lamb is presently a wildly rogue government, and so will be it's vaunted "image".
