Just thought this was interesting. I just learned through (Bible reading) That Samsons birth was announced through an Angel...Wonder if it was Gabriel. Anyway I just thought that it was interesting that he was appointed...even before his birth to be a judge over Isreal (he served as a judge for a little more than 20yrs) Now Jesus also had his birth announced (By Gabriel....also Gabriel announced Johns birth as well.) before he was concieved also and now he serves as Melchezedek...King/priest. Point is, I think there were some interresting simularities here regarding their Births and the rolls that Jehovah had them to play. Other than Jesus and John, I never knew that there were other births than was announced through angelic means.
