Know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here.—2 Tim. 3:1.

To a greater or lesser degree, we all have to cope with the hardships and uncertainties of the times. Economic pressures, political unrest, crime, and sickness are among the things that make life very difficult. In addition, many of Jehovah’s servants have endured wave after wave of intense persecution as Satan has kept waging war against those “who observe the commandments of God and have the work of bearing witness to Jesus.” (Rev. 12:17) And while we have not all suffered direct persecution, all true Christians have to struggle against Satan the Devil and the spirit that he engenders among mankind. (Eph. 2:2; 6:12) It takes constant vigilance not to be influenced by that spirit, since we encounter it at work, at school, and in any other place where we have to rub shoulders with those who have no interest in pure worship. w 9/1/05 1, 2

Hi everyone.

Today's text to me will have a deeper meaning for those who are aware of certain issues regarding our PURE WORSHIP, and those who have no interest in maintaining pure worship in our midst.

We are not surprised by the critical times today. We may be shocked at how disgusting the critical times unfold daily, but we have been forwarned that critical times will be here and hard to deal with. We hear this all the time and we see it and are affected by it. If we are not staying awake and keeping watch we will be caught off guard by this evil spirit that rules this system of things.

We have been, however, shocked, rocked and caught off guard by those who are in our midst (God's household) that are not interested in maintaining pure worship. WHY? (imo) because we did not MAKE SURE OF ALL THINGS, and we did not STAY AWAKE, and we did not really fully understand what Jehovah said to us in PS 146:3 and other like scriptures Jehovah left for us. We put our total trust not in Jehovah. (Just my thoughts)

But make no mistake about it, Jehovah will intervene according to his time table
(Mt 24:36) and all will have to know exactly who Jehovah is because his intervention will certainly demand all our attention.

I pray we are not CAUGHT OFF GUARD and that we all use this time to Let Jehovah talk to us daily through his Word, and association with our brothers and sisters. (if that is possible - some have been DA'd or DF'd unjustly) We all need each other during these critical times.

Mankind is very blessed by Jehovah's love and patience. 2PET 3:9

As was stated in the comments of the today's text: "IT TAKES CONSTANT VIGILANCE NOT TO BE INFLUENCED BY THAT SPIRIT WHERE WE HAVE TO RUB SHOULDERS WITH THOSE WHO HAVE NO INTEREST IN PURE WORSHIP.

My prayer is that if we are angry, hurt, confused or even feeling a little bitter, please pray to Jehovah so he can re-direct our feelings and we do not allow those feelings to control or direct us.

Try hard to cultivate Jehovah's fruitages of the Spirit and seek answers to this newly found information by going first to Jehovah and allowing him to direct our steps. He will make sure we get answers, through his Word and other means, but we have to listen to Jehovah's voice when he speaks to us and we will save ourselves lots of pain and problems at this time, if we do not run ahead and try to fix things on our own. (Just my personal thoughts)

Jehovah will also give us his Holy Spirit if only we request it. His Holy Spirit will aid us to continue on in the Kingdom Preaching/Teaching and bring honor and glory to his name. No matter what is going on right now, Jehovah has not told us to stop speaking about his Kingdom at this time.
