Some areas of the board do not allow for Replies or the starting of new topics. These areas include Board Announcements (replies only), New User Information Center (read only), Affliated Sites Announcements (replies only).
When posting, make sure that you are in a section that allows for replies. Also, you must be logged in to post. If you log in, go to post, and it appears that you are not logged in, it is because your web browser is not allowing "cookies." Please adjust the settings of your web browser accordingly.
If you are still having problems with posting, but are not in a "replies only" area of the board, contact tech support at webmaster@e-watchman.com and also include which section of the board you are trying to post in and what error code (if any) you are getting.
Also, if you have NOT completed the registration process entirely, you will NOT be able to post. Be sure that you have completely followed the instructions for registration before contacting us to report problems with posting, because your email will be disregarded otherwise.
