Update: Discussion Board Software Upgrade

This is to let everyone know that the Discussion Board will be unavailable on Sunday, August 2, 2009, from 3pm (Eastern Standard Time, USA) until Monday, August 3, 2009, as we perform the final stage of testing of the software upgrade. The goal is to bring the site back online as early on Monday morning as possible, but I'm just going to say Monday and leave it at that.

Hi Shikinah:

Try deep breathing exercises, they can often reduce anxiety. Or go for a good natural remedy. If all else fails, see an MD for some pharmacueticals. Wish you the best in withdrawal.

i really haven&#39;t had any real issues with the Discussion Board software except.....

The search feature really SUCKS! I really hope that gets upgraded, due to the fact that my doctor warns me that getting stressed is detrimental***** TO MY HEALTH********
