If you are having trouble logging in, you will need to reset your password by clicking on the link located to the left. As was announced previous to the site upgrade, everyone needed to ensure that their email address was correct, because the password reset will send the new password to your registered email address.

If, after trying this step, you still cannot access your account or log in, please do the following:
1. Check your email Trash folder or Spam folder to make certain that the validation email did not go there. Follow any instructions provided therein.
2. Clear all browser cookies and try again.
3. If you still cannot log in, you MUST send an email to registrations@e-jehovahs-witnesses.com with ALL of the following information. Failure to include required information will result in your request being ignored.
Your account username
Your FORMER password
Your registered email address
Which web browser are you using?
Which OS are you using? (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Which version of OS are you using? (Examples: Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, MacOSX Tiger, MacOSX Leopard)
Again, you MUST provide ALL of the information in your email.
