"Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics to give them their food at the proper; time? Happy is that slave if his master on arriving finds him doing so. Truly I say to you that he will appoint him over all his belongings."

Brother King mentioned the domestics in his podcast yesterday. It's my understanding that the domestics are those made up of the 144,000 and not the other sheep. Theses ones (144,000) are being fed by the governing body. It's this so? Or do the domestics include the Other sheep?

IMHO
THe 144,000 and the domestics are one and the same. They are all the House or Temple of GOD.
As far as the GB being selected to feed the domestics, that is not what Jah had in mind.
They are one body with one head JC. They were to feed each other. A far cry from what the WT org has become.
Thats the reason Jesus presents the question when he ARRIEVES " Who Really is the Faithful Slave "?
That NGO alliance already knocked the GB out!" Never could they present the proper food at the proper time.
Better yet ARE THEY ?
Jesus would never entrust his belongings to a unrepented adultress.

i was wondering who makes the call to wake the virgins in the illustration of the wise and foolish virgins, or is this just an insignificant part of the illustration?

interestingly what seems to be a similar illustration from christ at mark13 v 34 seems to indicate slaves with responsibility for watching

"it is like a man travelling abroad that left his house and gave the authority to his slaves, to each one his own work, and commanded the door keeper to keep on the watch"

v35 "therefore keep on the watch for you do not know when the master of the house is coming........"
v37 " but what i say to you i say to all, keep on the watch"
