When I read the verses below from Job Chapter 1:6-12, no other verses in the Bible unsettles my total being than these verses, especially verse 11. NIV Life Application Study Bible reads this way:

One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them.

The Lord said to Satan, "Where have you come from?" Satan answered the Lord, "From roaming through the earth and going back and forth in it."

Then the Lord said to Satan, "Have you conisdered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil."

Does Job fear God for nothing?" Satan replied.

Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land.

BUT STRETCH OUT YOUR HAND AND STRIKE EVERYTHING he has, and he will surely CURSE YOU TO YOUR FACE.

The Lord said to Satan, "Very well, then, everything he has is in your hands, but on the man himself do not lay a finger."

Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.

I cannot even imagine anyone talking to our Father, Almighty God in this manner. My mind cannot comprehend such words, I just cannot. I get weak all over just imagining Satan talking to our Heavenly Father in such a way. When I read Jehovah's Word, I put myself, there so to speak. So in these verses, I visualize how this scene might look and sound. I believe this is why it unnerves me
so very much. It is powerful.

In my opinion as we get deeper into these challenging and critical times, we will continue to see (via print) and hear statements issuing forth from our Father's Household (Temple) that to me are just as bold and blatant as that scene in heaven from the Book of Job.

Heavenly Father help us all no matter what our hope. Help us to recognize what you are uncovering (exposing) for us to SEE and understand as your Word is unfolding right before our eyes.

Sisterly love,

E & E

Rev 2:9

I know your tribulation and poverty - but you are rich - and the blasphemy by those who say they themselves are Jews, and yet THEY ARE NOT, BUT A SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN.

Rev 3:9, 11

Look! I will give those from the SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN who say the are Jews, and yet they are not but they are lying - look! I will make them come and do obeisance before your feet and make them know I have loved you.

I am coming quickly. KEEP ON HOLDING FAST WHAT YOU HAVE, THAT NO ONE MAY TAKE YOUR CROWN.

2 Thess: 1: 2 (NIV Life Application Study Bible)

Grace and peace to you from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Its a very interesting book.

There are probably more commentaries wiritten about the book of Job than other books of the Hebrew scripture because, as you emphasize, there are these afrounting challenges to Jehovah which through the course of the events play out on the human level.
