Not to get caught up in a E-watchman discussion board conspiracy theory;
But if all you had to look forward to is nuclear MAD or unannounced 10-12 point scale earthquakes and any other natural or man made program of catastrophe;
Why not build a Seed Container!! :p

hi truthseeker,
yes it would make sense to put in place a contingency plan for food regeneration in the event of a GNW
i just wonder who would survive to open the doors of the vault! and how would they get there and would there be anywhere to plant a new garden.
but my logic tends toward the idea that if you build something to assist you after an event then you must be expecting to survive that event, which in turn means that you have a plan on how to survive.
however i tend to agree with you about conspiracy theories, they can do your head in to the point that you start to believe that your Dog is involved.
i've just noticed that Steadfast posted about this vault just recently, first time that i have heard of it on the bbc news yesterday.

Hi Elihu
I believe the powers that be; have also built a reinforced vault buried in the ground with rare works of art stored in it. I remember the point of protecting all these items is about humans preserving a legacy of mankind. There are several doomsday scenarios that could in essence wipe out the human race. Hence with no hope of God coming to the rescue men resort to self preservation or at least preservation of it’s memory. Like I say if all we have is what we see; Why not build a seed shelter!!! If there are survivors then they can grow some food and paint some new art pictures, wait a few thousand years and do it all over again. It’s pretty hopeless don’t you think if you’re an evolutionist with no concept of a loving creator.

yes i agree truthseeker
it is ultimatley a dismal outlook from an evolutionary view point, survival of the fittest, adapt and overcome or die as a species. live for today for tommorrow we die!
death being the only certainty in life
death without a future resurrection, never to live again, never to be with the ones you love again, never to breath and live and be young again.
yes evolutionists must live for today for tommorrow they will die.
but doesnt it make a person feel special when they believe in Jehovah, and not just a belief based on incredulity but a one based on faith, faith being based on the things seen and unseen,
the creation around us , ourselves, and faith of the promised future , the kingdom of God, with Christ as king, promised to those who believe by a loving, merciful forgiving God.
Jehovah of armies is his name
