if the watchtower sells out their property i want my percentage of the profits! how many people contributed to the special funds to purchase this and that? if they sell it we should get a refund to our congregations our a legal vote as to shall we reinvest in ?

I'm afraid that the Watchtower Society Incorporated, legally owns all of it including, now most of the Kingdoms halls around the world as well that have being recently built in the last twenty years or so, of which they would retain legal ownership in the advent that the congregation bails out of the organization.

There was an issue raised over the funds from the sale of Watchtower assets in Spain as regards the Bethel branch there apparently as I understand anyway, according to information that I have gleaned of the Internet.

The brothers there say that they are the ones that really own the assets since they were the ones that paid for it in the first place.

But the Watchtower Society said no, that all the money should go back to the Watchtower Society since legally they are the ones that own it.

It's all very complicated but legally they do own it all, because this is the way that they have structured it through the legal system of this world.
