Is there a PDF version of the second edition available for download? The website is so slow reading it online and sometimes the code crashes. I've tried on several PCs and get the same problems. Besides, I would like to read it in more places than just staring at a PC screen for hours.

On the toolbar at the top of the page, there is a icon of a arrow pointing down. That is for downloading the PDF.

The page-turner site was a bad idea. I admit it. It is great if you have a high-speed Internet connection. But if you don't, not good.
