More than likely he did not follow the registration instructions. For example, if he did not complete the registration process with 24 hours his account would be deleted. The intructions say: Wait for the system to send you a confirmation email. This email will include a link that MUST be clicked in order to verify that the email address you used during the registration process is valid and accepts emails from the site. We do NOT manually create/validate accounts.
After you have validated your email address via email, you MUST send an email to webmaster@e-watchman.commailto:webmaster@e-watchman.com">webmaster@e-watchman.com (http://e-jehovahs-witnesses.com/forum/%3CA%20href=) stating your request for an account, your intention to participate on the board, and your agreement with the guidelines and terms as stated. Failure to follow ANY of these steps will result in your registration request being deleted after 24 hours.
Whther that's the problem or not, either way, he should contact the webmaster@e-watchman.com
