It appears the foundations for a global world government are gradually being laid. It may take a few decades, but it is interesting how the U.S is one country that is not prepared to fully co-operate with some of the proposals, as always preserving its own self-interests is paramount to the US administration.

Perhaps when the Anglo-American world power suffers a real death stroke in the future, it may be the time when they have no choice but to co-operate with the proposed world government.

You probably said that with toungue planted firmly in cheek. But I sure wouldn't count on it. I think that the WTBTS is so aware of it's history of false prophetic interpretations (and how it has stumbled many of Jehovah's sheep) that they are afraid to even venture beyond the many false phrophetic speculations they have already made and refuse to retract (1914, 1919, etc.). They are continuing to stick to and hold on to these interpretations, in spite of them being illusions and flying in the face of reality to where God's people are today in the stream of time. In recent years it appears to me that they are slowly getting out of the business of prophetic interpretation. And that's all it is to this corporation anymore - a business. When was the last time they really stood back and took a look at their current applications of the prohecies in the scriptures with our present day situation. It's like they are blind guides. Satan has blinded them. It appears that the leaders of God's people today are slumbering. They can't see it, likely because they refuse to humble themselves. I do not expect any future changes in any major way from the WTBTS as we see it today (except for perhaps a further clamping down and tightening of the screws on God's people and more oppression of the sheep). But for them to wake up from their present slumber. I don't see that happenning. I would love for it to happen. But it would take humility which I don't believe they have (collectively as a body anyway). The evil slave and man of lawlessness is too far entrenched in the organization for there to be any major improvement until Jehovah steps in, and we see the total seperation of the Weeds from the Wheat, and God finally diciplines His people.

Anyway I totally agree with you, it's already signed sealed and delivered in prophecy that they're not going to change until the evil slave is cast out. It makes you want to arrange a coup-de-etat, doesn't it?
