Branch Closings

I've seen reports that the Ireland branch is closing, and that several branches have closed within the past year. Does anyone know about this? I was wondering Robert what you think about it, is this a sign of the Watchtower's collapse or is it just cost-cutting by a printing company in a tough economy?
