Why do we have to walk with God?

One reason is explained in our daily text. We, as human beings, do not have the ability nor right to direct our own ways. We need guidance. When we want to go our own way, we can make the same mistake Adam and Eve made. They wanted to decide for themselve what was right or wrong (Gen 3:1-6). But we do not have the right to do that.

Don't you think we need guidance on our journey of life? Each day we need to make decisions, big or small ones. Some can be tough and can have influence on the rest of our life and from our loved ones.
Now imagine there is One who is a lot older and wiser than us and He want to give us guidance.
Wouldn't it be stupid for us if we would ignore this?
Jehovah wants to give us the guidance we need to be able to survive this world. He has given us his Word the bible for this.
Let us all try to use this guidance as much as possible.

Asking Jehovah for his guidance is a request that he is most eager to answer. I can personally attest to that, and I'm sure many of you here can also.

Has anyone ever momentarily shut off their headlights while driving down a dark deserted road during a new moon? That's what life is like without Jehovah. We're bound to crash.

Hello barry and Jeshurun....hope you are well brothers...

How blessed we are to have brothers and sisters who are calling on Jehovah to get them through this dark night....fellow worshippers calling on the same God....all drawing strength through Jehovah giving us the strength to keep enduring....yes brothers and sisters we need each other...we need the fellowship and not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together....we can incite one another to love and fine works...all united and rooted in Jehovah and Christ Jesus guiding us through Holy Spirit....
