Overseer [asking an auxiliary question]: "So, what type of number is a third?"

Publisher X raises hand.

Overseer: "Publisher X, please."

Publisher X: "It says a majority of mankind has been blinded..."

Overseer: "Good."

Animal Farm is a fantastic book! I highly recommend it.

As for "Publisher X," I feel compelled to let you all know that this individual is a very sincere individual and is a very nice person. The point I was simply trying to get across is that many of Jehovah's Witnesses are not used to thinking critically and have, more or less, become robotic because of the way some of the meetings are conducted.

The comments were still funny, though.

I sat thru the public talk and WT study yesterday. I couldn&#39;t contribute anything to the comments except the story of how I lost my cool when the bus I was on was held up. Everybody else was occupied with having to shoehorn Chistendom into the part of "God&#39;s people" (apostate, of course). It was so depressing. Oh well such is the JW life.

I&#39;m actually pretty blessed to have a conductor who understands prophecy and understands numbers. my bookstudy is pretty lively. I am a huge part of that livliness. it&#39;s a breath of fresh air when you have people in a study that can think.
