The U.S. Presidential office`s tradition of set terms of service has got the american people used to the idea of different presidential, era`s. It is expected that these different era`s i.e. the Regan, Nixon, Carter, will just go on and on.

I wonder if the expectation of having different kinds of administrations has numbed the senses of some of the U.S. citizens to the fact that the nature of the office itself is changing. In the way that a single long term ruling king or dictator can be seen to be turning more and more corrupt over a period of time. I wonder if that is somewhat masked by having these different personalities come and go.

I understand the intention for having limited terms of office is so that one person does not become too powerfull, yet as we know that it is really spirit forces conducting world affairs that this could actually help perpetuate an illusion of sorts.

The media obviously likes to play with personality inventing nick names and catchphrases which becomes a commodity of news copy, something that can be sold for money in the way that headlines are advertising slogans for news which is big business. They seem to have a Hitler/Himmler thing going on.
