Hi gang

I wanted to let the board know what is going on with me. My wife and I are moving back to the States next week. So, things have been a little hectic for me. And wouldn't you know, promptly upon returning from our Greek holiday I got ill with a hacking cough and sore throat. That's why I have not been podcasting. But I do have a new essay just finished on the topic of the new covenant, which I promised the forum I would write a few weeks ago. Once I get settled in back in the States I am planning on producing a half-hour length video. I really don't know the first thing about it but I recognize that the Internet is going video, just like it went podcast a couple of years ago. So, with Timothy's help I intend to just plunge in and do a crash course on video production and hopefully in a couple of months we will have something.

Some of you have asked me about my Sparrow project. I am happy to report that she is doing very well, all things considered. She has been off heroin since back in April. She has really gotten herself cleaned up. Got a brand new apartment overlooking Holland Park. She even has a part time job doing flower arranging at a florist. Although she has brain damage she is able to read the Bible and she prays to Jehovah. So, I am happy with the outcome of the "little project."

Hi Brother Watchman,

Brother Watchman speechless nooooooo, come on :D !!!
Just kidding. Hope your throat heals very soon.

Well we can certainly see how Jehovah has blessed you and your wife for your hard work and caring for others. That is wonderful news about Sparrow.

Looking forward to your video and your safe arrival back to the States.

May Jehovah continue to be with you and your wife.

Much love to you both.

There is alot of great software out there you can get for movie making. A friend of mine found taht Apple was probably on of the best computers to use for doing those types of projects cause it is so easy to learn and use. I have used the windows version for some hack and slash of video and found that it wasn't that bad, but there was a little learning curve. Windows is getting better at making a decent windows based movie making software with their windows media, but Mac/Apple is by far the elite of the two for a fledgling producer.

You can also go to www.download.com (http://www.download.com) and download shareware. Some companies also provide a free trial period.

Dear Brother,

dont spend so much time on the video project that you neglect the podcasts and writing, will you! In the short time we have been associated with this site and have been reading your book and essays, your insight has provided a great deal of encouragement to us. At last, we are feeling reinvigorated after reaching an all time spiritual low.

Another writer said recently that you probably underestimate the role you perform - whether this is true, I dont know - but she is right to emphasize that you now carry a great responsibility. May Jehovah bless you and your wife and give you the strength and resources to help many more.

Please before you leave the UK, I hope you will give Sparrow a hug for me and tell her not to forget that there is a worldwide brotherhood that loves her very much!! In her harder times, remembering this will lift her up and keep her on the cramped and narrow path. I am so happy for her progress and know how hard it is.

I love your comments here Watchman...I must confess I don't read much elsewhere and am in the middle of a rather daunting pack up myself to move to TN on Feb 24th. I just hope I'm finished by then!!!

My love to you and your wife!!

Well, the movers are going to be here in a couple of hours. So, I am going to be unplugged for a few days as we get back over to the leftside of the Pond. (It will be a relief to drive on the right side of the road, as opposed to the wrong side of the road) :ban_dance01:

As regards the latest video project, unfortunately I don't think I will be able to keep writing over the next couple of months. I tend to get obsessed with one thing at a time, to the neglect of everything else. I will, however, try to keep up podcasting or rather, get back podcasting. A number of factors have conspired against me making it difficult to podcast the last few weeks. And of course, I will follow the discussion here on the board. I just don't think I will be writing any new essays or blogs (except the occasional mailbag answer and Revelation blog)

But I think it is important to get a video online in a hurry, especially with the popularity of Google's YouTube now. The video is going to be about the prophecies concerning the seven-headed beast, particularly the coming sword stroke upon the beast's head. The title is going to be A Dirge for the Anglo-American Dyad

Hi Watchman

Hope the move goes well for you.

If you aren't going to do much in the way of writing perhaps it would be a good time for us to re-read some of the other essays, commentaries and maybe the book again.

Hope the video does the job and gets the message out there to the people.
