Possible way Jehovah will remove the Watchtower organisation

I've been thinking. With the amount of court cases going on throughout the world do you think that all the monies having to be paid out, and yet to be paid out, along with less money coming in from donations due to people leaving, will just automatically bring the Watchtower down, just like what is happening in the world with businesses? If it did happen that way, so many things written in the Bible would come true then. Like people in the world laughing at us (and by extension, at Jehovah himself) Witnesses being stumbled and afraid. With all the selling off of Kingdom halls and assembly halls, it makes me wonder if the money's running out. Us in the UK were led to believe that the money they got from selling the London Bethel buildings and all the extra we donations we sent meant they could build the new Branch in Chelmsford and the money would cover all the expenses. But even now, there is still a charge on the branch from J P Morgan Bank which tells me that the org does not own it outright. I wonder how many other properties are tied to the banks?

Tells me the bulk of the money was siphoned off prior to completion of construction thus leaving the monkey on the balance. Simple.
 
I think the process of bleeding the WT dry through litigation would take years and years. Besides, they would sell off every Kingdom Hall in the world before they allowed the Watchtower to go down. No, I expect a swift global financial collapse—essentially, the end of money. We do not usually think of the letter of James as a book of prophecy, but it is interesting....no?

Your gold and silver have rusted away, and their rust will be a witness against you and will consume your flesh. What you have stored up will be like a fire in the last days. Look! I know, I was pretty sick to the stomach when I first saw it on the Companies House website. I used that website a lot because I do self employed work for many different companies and I like to keep an eye on how "buoyant" they are before I do too much work for them as I can no longer afford to work for free. It was literally by chance I came across the Britain Branch on their and like I said, when I saw there is a charge on it from a bank it really did wind me. I didn't sleep much that night..

But then it won't be seen as something Jehovah has brought upon them, it'll just seem like it's all part of Satan's system collapsing?

Corporate shenanigans evident. They used to use the term “differential pricing” I think
 
This thread made me think of a question....sorry to sidetrack for a moment. I had 2 automatic monthly donations being deducted from my bank account for both our local KH and the WWW. Last month I canceled those. Is the local congregation... 1) Aware of who donates how much? and 2) Notified when a donation stops? Just curious. :unsure:

Only my bank knew when I cancelled my DD. The London branch never did ask me why I stopped sending my money every month. They probably know anyway 😆
 
The Society will simply downsize dramatically. Like in the days before Kingdom Halls. Witnesses will be forced to meet in homes or rented space, like so many Churches do.

The Society itself has incorporated names in every state. If they lose NY, they can continue under the WTBTS of New Jersey or Florida, etc.

No, what affects the Society will be what affects everyone globally. It will be worldwide financial disaster. Jehovah is raising up a great army of disenfranchised individuals who will eventually bring chaos to the world as we know it. Bringing humanity to its proverbial knees, paving the way for the Kingdom.

In the past the servant in charge of the money in each congregation would get a talley sheet of direct deposits to add into the total collected for the month. Those deposits were anonymous as were donations not made by check. The congregation elders would only know they got a little less that way but not by whom. You are safe at least locally 😀

Jehovah doesn’t cause the events making up the great tribulation, these events occur because of Mens actions.
Jehovah ,knowing the nature of man, foresaw how things would turn out and permits them to unfold and serve His purpose of Judgement on the org.

This in turn helps us to see and know that no rulership by man will ever succeed. Man cannot rule himself. That being said, most of all we need Jehovah’s rulership.

I had a brother explain it to me like this a long time ago and I always thought it made sense. Take the flood, Jehovah only intervened because of what Satan and his demons were doing. So, Jehovah let's things play out, but responds with his power when Satan uses his power to try to shape events. The GT will be man's ultimate failure of all time, but it will also Satan's because he is the one who will be behind it. And that failure is when Jehovah intervenes by allowing Jesus' second coming. The period after this, the 42 months, prior to, and leading up to Armageddon, will give mankind one last opportunity to chose Jehovah or Satan.

This very simple yet profound statement, is something I came to understand a long time ago, and this very simple understanding, would free so many of the rank and file from their bondage to the liars at WT! Their belief that "Jehovah put's it in their hearts" they cannot even begin to understand, yet we are free moral agents. So statements like this in the Bible cannot mean what many think it means. When the Bible says "Jehovah hardened the heart of Pharaoh", for example... if we have free will, it cannot mean what that statement says on face value. So in what way did Jehovah "harden the heart of Pharaoh"? Because Pharaoh having been created by Jehovah with free will, was able to "harden his heart" because Jehovah created each of us with free will!!!! Now think about these statements with the understanding that Jehovah created us, not as automatons, but with free will.

So when Jehovah says, regarding Babylon the Great, He put's it in their hearts (that is to say the governments) to carry out his will, yes their will, what he's really saying is, first of all, he foresaw what mankind was going to do, and he is going to let them, because it will prove we/mankind need Jehovah, yet they do it because it's what they want to do, and he's not going to stop them from exercising their free will, and Jehovah is saying, "oh and BTW, it's what I want because you are going to prove my point for me!!!" So he "put's it in their hearts" because we are created with free will! He's noyt litreally maneuvering them to do this, because if he did it would be the OPPOSITE of free will, if he did that! And that is the real crutch of WT's stupid teaching about the GT...it's kind of the beginning of that stupid understanding, never mind the fact that their idea about what the GT is has no relation to reality either!
